In my work with clients, I use a psychodynamic approach to build and strengthen insight while using a solution-based approach to provide you with hands on coping skills for managing your day to day life.

    I focus on promoting healthy dynamics and a deeper connection in relationships. I am Gottman II certified and bring 20+ years of experience to my work with couples.

    In session we will work on:

    - managing conflict constructively

    Sometimes it’s not a deep dive that you’re seeking, but rather a more solution focused/ task oriented approach to your life. In my process, I help people create more time and space for the things that matter the most. I’m also a mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend— so the work that I do is near and dear— and I recognize that we all need strategies that meet our individual needs.

    The purpose of my work is to teach individuals how to live in their life more intentionally with their thoughts, emotions and their physical spaces.

    During the past 20 years that I’ve worked as a psychotherapist, I’ve become more and more aware of the way in which a person’s space can impact one’s life– from those who are struggling with hoarding to individuals who need guidance and support to create a space that reflects who they are.

    By distinguishing between the important and the unnecessary, a person can gain more time in their day and create a space that nurtures intentional living– emotionally, physically and mentally. When less becomes more, we can begin to live a life more fulfilled.
